As a landlord I am always checking out the rental prices and am amazed what is being charged. With that said, many of the higher priced homes are vacant while mine are rented just under market and good tenants. Still, I have to make sure KEEP THEM HAPPY AND WANTING TO RENEW THEIR LEASES.
