With all due respect, Persians aren't arab and arabs aren't hardworking enough in STEM majors to pursue it on their own. The US will never let it fall into 'Arab Hands'. Also, Pakistanis are not arab, nor are Indians.

There is nothing patriotic about taking the childish and irrational position that your own country is the one and only country in all of human history that has done no wrong. Failing to acknowledge the truth only serves to further harm you country by allowing it to repeat its mistakes. As such, blind flag waving is the least patriotic thing one can do.
