Ah, haven't some states already use the aborted fetus' remains as evidence in rape cases? DNA can be taken from a dead fetus as easily as a living baby, can't it? It can also be taken from a woman's blood before she reaches the second trimester. Why would a rape victim have to give birth in order for the DNA of a rapist to be compared to that of a the product of that rape?
Obviously the sole purpose of the law is to circumvent Roe v. Wade. To conservatives, the ends always justify the means.
Who's the asshole who disliked that this story was reported? Someone who supports rape?
People have issues.
Anyone else around here find it ironic that more dislikes a person has, the more on point his posts normally are?
I told you New Mexico sucks. Bunch of economically backward troglodytes. I'm glad to be in a better place.

This is so fucked up I had to go to three different sources to make sure it's real. Yep, it is.
Republicans want women to be forced to bare children for rapists and allow the rapist visitation rights to the child. Oh, and the rapist can't be prosecuted for at least 9 months after the crime, because the baby is material evidence. But since the rapist has the right to a speedy trial, that means no rapist can be prosecuted unless he voluntary forfeits his right to a speedy trial.
And republicans say there is no war on women.
