I live in south Florida, which is the north. North Florida is the south. Florida is a microcosm of the U.S. flipped upside down. Most of my neighbors are New Yorkers.

That would be the capitalistic, pro-competition solution. You know, survival of the fittest and all that stuff that makes conservatives wag their tails.
