This was a fun one to go see. Located on the side of a hill on practically a one lane, dead-end street. Those things were OK so long as you could back out of your drive way with the preschool across the street. I bet pick up and drop off times would be a bitch.

Anyway, the house smelled like DOG. Big nasty Dog. The realtor was talking about how the kitchen, bath and flooring upgrades were done since 2008. The problem is that it was all very dark cherry wood and looked ugly. That house was begging for something light in it. Slanted back yard would be tricky to enjoy. Nice deck on the back.
