Noticed the nabe when I was reading some wikipedia history and some bigshot General (Ugaki if you must know) had a summer villa here, so I thought it must be nice.

But this place's floor plan:
is pretty odd!, looks like a D&D dungeon map.
Entry ("玄関") is on the 2nd floor, turn right for the master bedroom I guess.
Turn left for the master bath, LOL
Downstairs is the kitchen/dining/living area
Upstairs is the 14' x 10', uh, room.
Colossal (for Japan) 3000' lot, $240,000 price (not bad, especially at 2% interest rates, LOL)
