My San Fernando Valley apartment issued a memo banning smoking inside any apartment. No more stinky neighbors, I'm staying.
Wording of the memo: Please be advised thet the Management is gradually implementing our building as a "Non-Smoking" zone.
Upcoming tenants will be advised by Management that smoking is not allowed "inside" the building. Existing tenants are requested to comply.
