More like some kind of sideways consolidation, which will likely eventually be followed by a secular move in one direction or the other.

People uninformed of these serial herd behaviors are people fooled.
This fooling of the people is USA history to date.

I am certain that it is a far, far better thing for our nation if the people have their heads OUT of their fuming darknesses. This MUST be true in a 1-person/1-vote system!
