What you need is some action against it...

More proof that a free market cannot exist along side corporations because corporations will always use government, money, and power to prevent a free market from existing.
No that's just means we're electing politicians that are serving them selves instead of the people they serve. Would you have this same lot be in charge of doling out a Socialist system?

how about a doctor from say Washington doing business in Florida unregistered ?
how about an oil company opening a drill site in Florida without approval ?
how about sales in any state and not registered to collect sales taxes ?

Nor are Republicans the small government party. There is no legitimate legal reason why the state should even be allowed to ban the sale of a perfectly legal product made by one particular company when competing products are sold by many other companies. This is
1. A violation of the 14th Amendment equal protection clause.
2. A clear case of government abuse.
3. Big government intrusion
4. State dictating of what products are available just like under Communism.
5. the anti-thesis of free market economics.
Think about that the next time Republicans claim to be pro-free-market and against big government.
