the hardest part (at least for me) was finding place that (in my opinion) was "fairly" valued. For almost ten years there was a greater fool that would be willing to pay more than I would.
I'm still amazed at what people on the left coast are willing to pay.
Sitting here watching the Sox Yankees game on Fox (Go Sox!) and filing some papers, including my most recent mortgage statement. I'm thankful that I was finally able to buy. Part of me is still waiting for "the other shoe to drop" - I'm surprised that I haven't had any major hiccups *yet*. Bills are paid and accounted for, place is large enough to meet our needs, and the location suits us well.
Truthfully, I'd have figured I'd have buyers remorse by now, but other than needing to install and/or relocate a few electrical outlets have no major complaints.
