Potash is a key ingrediant used in fertilizer, a major cap-ex for farms and food. It acts as an indirect way to increase price and government subsidy.
I can understand Diamond cartel, drug cartel or even container ship cartel, but fertilizer, something nobody can avoid that's just insane. Don't like to complain but this sucks. None of the 600+ lawmakers for over the years thought this was not worthy enough to break up?
