Article claims that some defense minister of Great Britain emails were hacked, and there was an email discussing a staged chemical weapons attack to blame on Syria.

I guess we'll be going to Syria shortly with bombs and personnel. We all know how governments work, they need the excuse, whats right or wrong isn't important. So I called it first, we are going to be involved in Syrian conflict within a year from now. Make your investments accordingly.

has there ever been a conspiracy you didn't believe in?

There was one floating around for a while that Obama was anti-war, that he cared about the working class, that healthcare reform was going to reduce costs, our government didn't spy on us... None were very believable, and eventually were proven to be not true.

There!

The ONE beyond the pale move that Assad could make, that would be indefensible to the entire international community, would be to use a (Oh Lawdy!) "WMD" on his people.
He can bomb 'em and shoot 'em to his heart's content, but no, he is going to make the completely alienating move of gassing them.
That would mean he is a very stupid man…….and he is not a stupid man.

Instead of just reading infowars, you could always read more reputable reports on the hacking and who actually benefitted from such spurious claims. And how long has this civil war been going on? How many have been killed? How many displaced? If any government wanted to get heavily involved, they've had more than enough excuses. They don't need one of these nonsensical false flags you and Bgamall love so much. The simple fact is that there has been any amount of posturing in the past when the opposition had a semblance of credibility and the West saw an opportunity to replace Assad. As this has dragged on, I think a great many more have seen that the alternative may not be any better and could be worse. Who would now want to get involved given the parties involved? There's little reason and even less benefit.
