Just tie the Gatling to a chain and let it circle around your new Detroit home on a pulley until you have cleared a nice perimeter, than get Fido for that walk.
Likely the surrounding houses are unoccupied anyway, but safety first!

Exciting news for Detroiters and Metro Detroiters (like myself), these impeccable statistics should be good news for everyone, higher prices, lower inventory, and less 'on-market' listing days, there are many sources online but here is just one that I found with a few credible links in it:

My cousin bought a couple rental houses in the northwest side of the city (the best side)and he told me his houses have appreciated "so much" (although he didn't tell me exact figures), anyways, it kinda makes me wish I bought one or two houses, even though these sources are saying it's still a good time to buy..
