The family tripled down on RE - Their source of income was dependent on a healthy RE market, and their mortgage and HELOC. Not to mention spending money they did not have on every sort of toy, etc.

I want to refinance every week. Do whatever is necessary to keep up with the "Jones". Buy depreciating toys to satisfy my need for "immediate gratification". What more is there to the American Dream?
