Does anyone subscribe to Microsoft Cloud services?

I want to go to using the Chrome Notebook exclusively and am think of subscribing to the Microsoft Cloud service.

I was wondering if anyone here uses the service, and if it works well.

I only use Microsoft Bob,

The link has an error message. That's why I was asking about the Microsoft experience. I don't really trust they will be a good resource.
