Haven't they had enough with the ridicule over those very signs? They still haven't learned? Nothing gets inside that bubble.
actually, PPACA does cut Medicare Part C to get some of its cost-savings.
Part C is that stupid "Medicare Advantage" program that Republicans instituted in the late 1990s and revised in 2003.
But, yeah, "ObamaCare" is not socialized medicine, though what it really is is *subsidized* insurance in that the lower quintiles are going to pay lower premiums than more well-off people thanks to the premium subsidies.
Sucks to be well-off!
