Foreclosure filings were down 27% from a year ago, but up 2% from the second quarter. National foreclosure activity fell to the lowest level since Q2 2007, but pockets of America continued to struggle with foreclosures.

It's obvious. Housing everywhere is underpriced. There is no reason a 3/2 in Flint should not cost 3x as much as a townhouse in Kensington or Notre Dame.

But everyone wants to live in Flint.
