Someone bought for 403, selling for 399. If I were shopping I'd offer maybe 10 - 20 under depending on the condition of the house. 350 is probably right for it.
Schools are really bad, so be ware. In my opinion over 250 is too much for that place, but prices like that don't exist anymore out here these days in this inflated market.
