This is America. Where is the moral?

After brutally beating a man with his Nike shoes, a pimp filed a $100 million lawsuit against Nike for not providing a warning label that their shoes could be used as a dangerous weapon.

I wouldn't be surprised that Madoff sues the government for not explicitly label Thou Shalt Not Steal??

The pimp has nothing to lose by suing Nike. I might have done the same if I was in his place. The real villain here is the lawyer who filed the frivolous lawsuit, and our legal system that encourages these ridiculous lawsuits that ends up costing society a pretty penny.

I'm going to sue NAR for not encouraging me to buy a house at the peak of the housing bubble.

Chuck Norris regularly grabs the shoelaces of Nikes and uses them for nunchuck training, it is all public domain, he shoulda known.

The smell of a lot of my shoes makes them dangerous weapons, where's my sleazebag lawyer, I have a case!

"Clardy wrote that he's tried to starve himself and kill himself multiple times."

"A psychologist declared him an anti-social psychopath who was 100 percent likely to commit violent crimes again. And Clardy disagreed so loudly -- making such a scene -- that he was removed from the courtroom."

You gotta love the people who protest being called crazy and violent by acting....crazy and violent.

In a perfect world, the prison guard who would throw a rope or razor blade into this guy's cell would be entitled to a huge bonus.
