They're trying to save his life, and get him out of the country before some stark raving Liberal want's to pull his plug.
Yeah right.
This is BS. Hospitals write this kind of expense off all the time. That 350K figure is not what it costs the hospital.
Unbelievable.

You do realize that we can see what you wrote?
Even in a coma, you can work the hospital bill off. A kidney, a piece of liver, sections of bone, his eyes etc. etc. Heart would be a last resort.
Strange, the only time you have a hospital by the balls is when you are in a coma, and you aren't even awake to enjoy it.

I am sure there are lots of twisted fucks that want to have sex with the comatose.
Read about "wrongful life," where comatose women get pregnant after months in a hospital. When it happens in a Catholic hospital, it's immaculate conception; everywhere else, it's because the hospital workers can't be bothered to use condoms when literally raping the patients.

That's the opposite of reality on every level. The family are trying to keep him in the country. The hospital is trying to get rid of him because he can no longer pay the bill. With Obamacare, the roles would be reversed: the hospital would hold onto that patient as long as possible, "no lifetime caps," even when the people who actually care about the patient say it's time to pull the plug. Think Terry Schiavo, for example.
They thought the job description was for "sperm bath", not "sponge bath".
Hey, wasn't this one of the central themes of "Kill Bill"?
Hospitals and being Uninsured is a bayud combination... UmKay?
And being in a Coma too, why he's just asking for it.
Best part about the story: an allegation that some unknown hospital sent a debilitated patient to their home country - only to abandon them on the tarmac.
