I thought that Pistorius didn't have a leg to stand on, but now I'm stumped: how could the prosecution bring a case with no legs?
I may be going out on a limb here, but he's going to have to put his best foot forward. If he wants to beat this thing.
He'll have a hard time proving he's leg-it. They have caught him faking it twice already.
My dear friends I have zero tolerance for any form of violence against women. From the time I was a little child I was taught that a man never hits a woman. I have been following the Oscar Pistorius case in South Africa. What I do not see in the cards is the state coming forth and showing that Reeva Steenkamp had a boyfriend or other love interest. I wonder if they will show that she was getting ready to walk out on Oscar. Without one of these elements in place, their case is weaker and Pistorius might "walk" with some sort of manslaughter conviction or no conviction at all.
