It keeps getting relisted for rent, then sell higher, over and over?

I'm guessing this was mislisted as sale for 4200 when they meant rent for 4200/month. Didn't seem to be fixed till a month later.

Are the owners just trying to see what sort of offers they can get, and then cancel? (as in they aren't really interested in selling)
