There's no precedence for this, while plausible. Until the Myth Busters can place pig carcases on each floor of the Petra Buildings in Malasia and fly jet air liners into them, and document the effects.
This is all plausible sounding conjecture.

We all saw planes fly into the buildings. If anyone wanted to bring the towers down. They would rig the buildings with explosives, then fly panes into them. Seeing how you guys think that some culvert operation was able to get in and rig the two towers with explosives, then why not just push the button at 9am on 9-11 then claim it was devastating truck bomb.

I mean we all saw what they are capable of doing when done right, like the Oklahoma City bombing. The early 90's WTC truck bomb attempt was an amateurish failure.

97 floors is a long long long long way to fall, and add millions of tons of broken concrete and steal in a violent jolts and collapse floor by floor for 96 floors. And the whole act turns into a colossal vertical coffee grinder.

First floor collapses sending bodies and chunks of concrete and steel with it. It hits the floor below shattering the larger chunks of concrete into smaller bits, hits the next floor the large chunks that were under the smaller bits now break up. Repeat for 96 floors.

I can believe it as much I can believe that people were able to get into a building such as WTC prep the metal structure like chipping away concrete in key strategic places, and rig explosive. Working for over a month to do a job like that. All the while the tenants in the building could have never gotten any work done with the constant roaring, thumping and rattling that such work would have created.

I'm not saying that THIS government the same Legacy one that Obama frolics in with great Joy, wasn't capable of such a thing. I'm just think they would have done a lot of things differently. They certainly wouldn't have risked Spook operatives being over powered by ordinary citizens on the plane, and being worked over all the way back to the airport. One of them would have surely came clean...

What if the folks on the plane did get caught and the plot foiled. What do you do with a building rigged with explosives and no date to the prom?

Those are two separate risky plots, and are very redundants. If one fails then there's a lot left hanging that exposes the whole plot.
Like what if the explosives failed due to the jolt of the crashing Jets?

Surely the explosives would have been discovered eventually.

If this conspiracy theory was only that our CIA trained the 911 hijackers and were in on, because they wanted to break the protection of freedom that Americans clamored for. ANd this Terrorist act was just a plot to create what we have now for official national security, and politicians who can war monger on their own accord with out anyone's blessing. Then I would be right there with you, saying most definitely perhaps.

But the rigging explosives too. That just gets overkill and doesn't stand the muster of reason and logic.

There was an active effort to make sure the 19 goat fuckers DIDN'T get caught in the run-up to the events. I'd suggest watching some of the videos of war crimes 9/11 YouTube channel. It may not answer all of your questions, but it will, no doubt, sow even more doubt regarding the legitimacy of the official story.

I'm open to the hypothesis that people in gov't security knew hijackers were in the country and wanted them to hijack some planes.

If this was the case, I don't think they expected the suicide part of the mission, just a repeat of 1980s tarmac situations somewhere.

Country fried steak(Chuck wagon steak) and Onion Rings are two things that taste great in concept. But in truth, I'm never able to get past the third Onion ring, or a chuck wagon steak, and if the Chuck wagon steak isn't smothered in Country buttermilk gravy(which makes it something entirely different "Country Fried Steak").
