Imagine that tomorrow at noon Greenwich, everyone has all their property confiscated, and is fired from all jobs and contracts.
In place, each person is assigned a single bitcoin.
The new rules of the economy are simple:
1) Anyone with a single bitcoin can exchange it for a good or service which he must consume within 24 hours.
2) Anyone with two bitcoins can only purchase something with a bitcoin. He cannot receive a bitcoin.
3) Anyone with zero or 1 bitcoins can receive up to 2 bitcoins.
3) Every twenty-four hours, a Reset occurs. Anyone with two bitcoins has to take one and give it to someone with no bitcoins.
