When you read news articles promoting stocks there is always disclaimer/declaration if the author owns the stock. "e.g. I do not have position in this stock" .
If anyone promotes housing , they should also put disclaimer if they own more then 1 house where they live in. I have a feeling that lot of folks are stuck with houses, and some are trying to inflate prices by sending out articles. Every year in spring , there are tons of news (by realtors) that housing sales increased so much from previous month, looks like people are going crazy to buy one. In fact , they compare sales with freezing winter months.
