People have no business on surfaces where vehicles travel period.
People keep getting struck by cars and we keep blaming the drivers for various reasons. When the impetus needs to be more on the pedestrians. We should be taught that if you venture onto a street, you'll be run over struck down dead. Run across the intersection don't walk. Stop assuming that every driver has his undivided attention on the road.
