Looks like the Clippers will have to change owners. Again!

In the car after one of his son's particularly bad games, Ballmer fumed about how Lakeside's coach was managing the team, according to Gordon's March deposition. During his rant, Ballmer began plotting a way to bring in new personnel.

“I'm going to open up a foundation, and we're going to get black people in here,” Ballmer declared, according to Gordon's testimony from March.

you can use 'racism' in almost any circumstance and by allowing this we give unlimited power to anyone willing to use this word.

Racism is the belief in the existence of races. So pretty much everyone is a racist. It is usually used to mean having bad intent or a negative view. And so Ballmer's comments are not necessarily racist. He may believe a team composed of blacks would be better than a team composed of whites. The NBA would apparently agree and he is an owner.

in my view blacks have lived up to every single so called 'stereotype' since they were supposedly 'freed' during the 1960s civil rights movement.

would Martin Luther King listen to Snoop Doggy Dogg?

Yes, but a race is not just skin color.

The definition of a "race" can be based on anything from a physical characteristic, to a behavior. It is simple categorization by a shared external characteristic.

You can have a race of red-haired equestrians for example.

What I see is this...with any oppressed people, like blacks, or immigrants Jews in New York in the 1930 and 1940s, you get a compression. The would-be doctors and professors are working in bakeries and as baggage handlers same as the working stiffs. Then, when the oppression ends, the cream of the group floats up, gets college degrees, and money.

Problem is those who are left behind...whether they are white and living in trailer parks or homeless, or destitute blacks in urban decay.
Not only are they helpless but their "leaders" have left and joined the elites. This cultural Brain Drain cuts off the ladders for people to at least get a better life because those who would employ them -- as gardeners, household workmen, shopkeepers -- are now far away from the Old Neighborhoods.

Meanwhile, because of our racial bias -- whites see all blacks as being gangsters and blacks see all whites as cops or rednecks. Yet the truth is that the best of each has entered a world defined by money, education...class.
