Hi folks,
There is a condo in South Hayward that looks cheap and with the rents in the bay area, maybe not too bad idea to buy as rental.
I have never owned or rented in my life.
Do you think is good idea to start doing so?
I would use a Property Management Company to manage the unit, at least at the beginning while I get familiar with the process.
Would hayward be risky as a rental place?
