Bobby Tran at his home in Las Vegas on Monday, Aug. 25, 2014. Tran and his wife Ha Le lost their Health Plan of Nevada coverage because the exchange is telling the insurer the young couple have not paid the required $573 a month for their plan since April. The exchange tells him his coverage looks fine and is listed as in full effect in its computer system.

Insurers have no choice but to cancel coverage if they’re not getting paid. Instead, he said, Xerox should be held liable for medical expenses of people left uncovered because of system flaws."
Instead of Xerox being forced to fix the system (the contract for which they lost after this fiasco), Xerox was awarded a 2 million dollar contract for other services. Nevada is so fucked up it's unbelievable.
