The following story may be annoying or disturbing depending on your point of view.
I'm in La Paz, Mexico, where there's a large population of younger people compared to Florida.
My friend whom I talked about previously seems to be popular with young ladies here; evidently they think he's a very successful businessman or something. His phyical attributes aren't so compelling.
One girl contacted him and they're exchanging messages and will meet soon in person.
He did me a favor: "I have a friend, do you have a friend who would like to meet him?" I also have offered a "comission" or "finder's fee" or "head hunter fee" "executive recruitment fee" etc. to the girl for taking the trouble to find a girl who may or may not wish to talk with me.
This may sound terrible, but I believe that ALL and ANY work or effort should be paid for; I hate asking for favors in general.
The girl told my friend recently: "I have a friend who may want to meet your friend, but she has a boyfriend so she'll have to be sneaky about it."
Evidently, the girl assumes I would provide some kind of reward to her also; I don't know what the deal is supposed to be.
MORAL: Girls like two kinds of guys; 1. the object of their affection 2. guys who will spend money on them or with them.
