If you like that, try frozen watermelon! Just cut it up, blend it, and freeze into whatever shape you desire. My kids love this.
yeah....and me and al discovered the internet....
Simply wash and pat dry the grapes, then place into a freezer bag. Allow them to freeze for a few hours. Normally, I pluck them all off the vine before freezing but this time decided to see what would happen if left on the stem. They froze perfectly and were easy to pull of the stems once frozen. Actually, it made it easier for me to grab a frozen bunch and run off to my home office to answer emails in the blistering heat.

A Splendid Little Discovery
I first heard about this when visiting my cousin and his wife back in 1994 out on the farm 12 miles from Big Spring, TX where my mother had been born 92 years earlier. They kept them in their freezer all summer long and they're delicious.
I have one of these:

Destemming grapes isn't a deal breaker for me.
I like frozen grapes. They are like popsicles only healthy.
Usually I remove all the grapes from the stems and then freeze them. Yesterday I absentmindedly stuck the bag of grapes into the freezer before destemming them.
Today I destemmed them and notice that it is incredibly easier to remove the stems from frozen grapes than room-temperature ones. I'm not sure why, but I suspect that since the frozen grape doesn't budge like a thawed grape, all the force in pulling them apart from the stem ends up at the connection between grape and stem. Perhaps even the frozen stems are harder.
In any case, it is surprisingly easy to pull apart the stems without breaking any of the stems leaving part of the stem attached to the grape, a major grip with thawed grapes. I was pulling several grapes at a time without leaving any stems with zero effort.
For those of you who prefer your grapes thawed, simply leave them in the fridge after destemming them.
