I'm all for paying well the cops that do their jobs well, legally, and ethically. But clearly we are wasting money on too many cops when they have time to harass law-biding citizens.

This reminds me of the scene in Rambo where the cop is telling Rambo to leave town or he'll be arrested on trumped up charges. Our nation would be a hell of lot better if we had just one Rambo for every cop.
