Ron Paul is a fracking coward.
Because he won't own up to REAL Glibertopian ideology, which would be to START with 90% cuts to the military. And cut further once you've got that. Why would you need a giant military sitting around in bases in the USA? As a "jobs" program? Ridiculous.
You build a great sword, run around slicing up all kinds of people, then go home and hang it up. It's not going to stay in that scabbard very long. You want to stop repeating the same mistakes, you have to melt it down.
He's a coward because his non-intervention "ideals" if you want to call them that, only amounts to giving the war machine a little R&R time back home.

I beg to differ. He only advocated abolishing CIA & NSA. Troops would just be moved home, nothing in his article advocating radically downsizing the military. He'd get crucified if he cut the defense pork.
Military intelligence would just take over the same roles. And next conflict, they would do all the same things the CIA & NSA do now.

Perhaps the only reasonable person out there who has served in our government. He is the only politician who actively advocates to reduce military control over our government. So that we can get back to building economy, instead of causing pointless wars and destruction.
Yeah you liberals, get off your Obama coolaid and start looking at improving the economy, instead of focusing on promoting gay agenda, a concern for roughly 1% of the population.
