No. The TSA has committed many crimes that are well documented. The fact that the majority of passengers are left unmolested doesn't excuse committing crimes, especially felonies, in order to provide security theater.

Who ever said anything about not punishing those who commit crimes? Go to court and prove your case if you want to. Asking the whole TSA get disbanded because some TSA employees commit crimes is downright silly. Some police commit crimes so lets disband the police force. Same goes for the whole government and every organization there is.
