Actually, like with each Doctor, it will take me an episode or two and I will like the change just fine. I have a slow warm up to change. :-)

Wait, how come there isn't a real estate tab in the menu? This started as a real estate thread, right? What happened? Can someone explain? I haven't checked Pat.net since November.

Thank you! Glad to be back. It's been fun to read all the current threads. I really am impressed by the people and dialogue on this site. With Jon Stewart retiring it's good to know Patrick.net is still going strong; I need to get my news and humor from some place. :-)

Welcome back! My daughter was raggedy Andy (AKA, the lead gingersnap) in this year's Nutcracker at her dance school. She loved it. Glad you're back.

Ahhh! Love when they add a Raggedy Ann and Andy. My boys were also gingersnaps, but just in the corps. :-)
Nice to be back. A lot if very interesting investment and political threads currently to chew on.
Wow, put on a Nutcracker, get busy with Christmas and then get swamped with the to-do list in the real world, haven't been on the computer, and *BAM* Patrick has changed the format of the website.
