Have you seen this? Strikes me as having a lot of ideas that are similar to ones you've expressed over the years.
Seems to describe the zeitgeist overhanging so many both above and below middle. As FDR, the "enemies of the peace," the groups or institutions that use fear and anxiety to manipulate the public and degrade them into subjection.
