I bought my house armed with Craigslist(to see what was on the bottom rung of the market and how investors and flippers were working the black market), Trulia, and Zillow.
Back in 2010 Trulia and Zillow were great sites. They both had similar information but presented or specialized in presenting different stats, differently than the other.
Trulia gave you more of a Neighborhood stats where as Zillow was more granular down to the house.
Today the information I was getting back then must be for premium users. As I can't find most of the info as up to date and relevant as it was back then.
One bought the other, and now they are both useless. I wouldn't pay for it. Perhaps the experience has also diminished as Google's maps aren't as high def and don't give you the Street view and aerial view Liberties that I had back then either. I was able to see the exterior in surprising detail that Google just doesn't provide today.
