This place actually is doing something I really wanted out of US healthcare: the ability to know the cost of something before you order it.

They let you know the cost of lab tests before you order, and claim to be cheaper and take less blood.

Prices that are always a fraction of the cost of all other labs. And we publish them right here on our site. Meaning there are no surprises, and you know exactly what you are paying, before you get tested.

Well Theranos was a complete and utter scam.

But I still love the idea of knowing the cost of medical care before you order it.

All an investor needed to do to vet Theranos was to conduct a simple experiment comparing Theranos results to those from a real blood lab. Even a sample size of one would have revealed the inaccuracy and prevented them from losing money on this!

Now that's cute. You are talking about a population that believed a strip of cloth across the mouth prevented to spread of an aerosol virus, and still believed in the vaxx after personally seeing vaxxed and boostered folks still catch Covid.
