I'm sure the need for such a watchlist is present, but the application of a list (subject to the arbitrary whims of bureaucrats) to the rights and freedoms enjoyed by citizens is clearly unconstitutional. Since the list also can't be appealed or altered by standard legal means, using it to deny citizens their rights violates the hell out of due process. The no-fly list is bad enough, but applying this idea to the removal of constitutionally guaranteed rights is a bridge far too far.
Then again, our Dear Leader, the Constitutional scholar, has shown that he wipes his ass with that revered and binding document which is the basis of the legitimacy of our government.
Here's Obama's plan for those of you that are still slow to catch on to Obamanomics.
The plan is no one on the no fly watch list can buy a gun.
So therefore Obama's plan is to turn the gun registration process into the No Fly watchlist registration.
Libs so smart, thinks we're so dumb...
No gun purchases for those on a Terrorist Watchlist?
A list made by the Federal Government.
Are any of these potential 'terrorists' American citizens, by chance?
Does this list include survivalist, NRA, off-grid types?
Is the President suggesting denying citizens their right to bear arms based on an arbitrary profile unrelated to mental health diagnosis?
The Patriot Act was pushing it, but I think this is the most chilling affront to the Bill of Rights I have ever seen.
Not that I believe we've suffered any recently, but now that 'Terrorism' has found its way home, and is clearly NOT an "Islamic" issue, some convenient False-Flag attacks would be just the ticket for such an administration to have its way.
Eh, not to worry. All of this is only an issue until "the war is over", right?
