Ironically, he fares worst in those deep red states where the bible thumping blacks that the "liberals" hate sooo badly, mindlessly vote Clinton

As the skin color lightens and the income of the voting base increases, so does his support.

Trump has stolen the show and the media is more than happy to make all the news about Trump, because the MsM is in bed with the establishment, and the only candidate that the Ownership class is actually afraid of is Senator Sanders.

Right. I mean, I understand that is how things are playing out under your roof with the missus and her daughters and their boyfriends. But in the real world, non-white support for Bernie is going parabolic. It's not like non-white folk ever had any reastnot to support Bernie, moreso that they are just now hearing about the guy.

What with your boy oompa loompa with gigantauritis clogging up the airwaves with his meely mouth rabble rousing

Question is, do those of you who don't have him on ignore, still see his comments in this thread that I posted?

Yes, they do. Even for those of us with the petty boy-child on ignore still see his constant whining on the home page of PatNet.

The only good ignore does is preventing him from posting on the author's thread, but many more regular contributors need to put that boy-child on ignore for it to do any good.

I had to put Ironman on Ignore so he doesn't ruin another good thread with his petty personal attacks.

So now I don't see his posts in this thread, and as I understand it, he won't see mine either.

Question is, do those of you who don't have him on ignore, still see his comments in this thread that I posted?

Yes we do. On the other hand, I've somehow pissed of Dan again and he put me on ignore ... sigh.

50   anonymous   2016 Apr 2, 8:20am

Well Patrick, your whole ignore feature sucks then.

51   Blurtman   2016 Apr 2, 8:24am

It's a free speech forum. The way ignore works now is a good compromise. Personal choice - yes. Censorship - no.

Whats the value add of allowing people to yell fire in a crowded theater?

It would be nice if you grew up and stopped lying.

With the exception of 3 or 4 authoritarian patriarchal oil producing countries in the Middle East, the top 20 countries with the highest standards of living and highest median income in the developed world are much more "socialist" than the US is. Turn off Faux Noise and Rush!

54   Tenpoundbass   2016 Apr 3, 1:24pm

What if Bernie gets burned by Hillaries super secret delegates, even though he is slated to take the majority of the known delegates?
And the GOP steals the primary from Trump and gives it to the Ryan/Romney ticket?

Then both Trump and Sanders runs as independents. To shave Hillary's number preception down. The RR ticket would be dead in the water.
It would really turn into a tight three way race, that I believe ultimately Trump would win.

55   Blurtman   2016 Apr 3, 4:28pm

Under that scenario where we have 4 candidates, can any one get enough electoral college votes to become president? And if not, then what?

56   Tenpoundbass   2016 Apr 3, 4:32pm

We need to force the 1 peron one vote rule. And do away with all party politics.
January 1st any candidate on the official Federalized standard ballot, will have 11 months to campaign. The one with the most vote, yes just one vote would be enough, wins.
Skip the primaries totally and just do away with the roles that the GOP, RNC, the DNC and the myriad of Super PACs have.

Meanwhile, today, people close to Trump were on TV excusing his gaffes last week due to his being tired from campaigning too hard.

Well every poll going into todays NY primary shows hillary with a DD lead. In about twelve hours we will see how accurate they were. Hoping Bernie pulls the upset

Hillary also campaigned in 2008 as a 'skeptic' of the Columbia Free Trade deal, then as Sec of State she sent countless emails trying to get the same exact bill passed.

And of course she ran against Obama on the grounds he was a gun grabber, now she runs against Bernie saying he's too pro-gun.

Ignore must be broken then, because I think a while back, Patrick made it so that an ignored person can not see your thread and if they try to post to it they get a message denying their post. So yeah, I think it's broke, or else Patrick changed it again after that.

72   marcus   2016 Apr 19, 6:06pm

Maybe some of the highly ignored people won out, in their request that Patrick not do it that way (which was awesome but ignored people don't like it).

73   anonymous   2016 Apr 19, 6:17pm

Patrick had a thread recently that he fixed a bug (where dan was exploiting the hydro cabron loophole) to hyperlink misleading text, or even images, 'tricking' people to unknowingly ignore users. So he said he reset some of the ignores.

But i see you willingly decided to unignore me all on your own. Congrats

if you are ignoring someone, they should not be able to comment on any of your threads.

so if errc is ignoring ironman, then ironman should not be able to comment here.

let me test that...

rando says

the answer is that errc did not actually have ironman on ignore anymore, probably as a result of my rolling back lots of ignores after dan was playing with them.

i put ironman on ignore for errc. @errc you can unignore ironman at the bottom of your profile if you like.

so i think there is no bug. please correct me if you think there actually is a bug.

76   curious2   2016 Apr 19, 6:37pm

Maybe ignore should be a premium feature. For example, marcus/"humanity" uses the marcus account to troll and avoid Dislikes. If PatNet charged for that feature, in proportion to the User's trollishness score, then that might discourage trolling or at least enable the site to derive revenue from it.

77   marcus   2016 Apr 19, 6:46pm

Says a guy I have on ignore who's one of the more dysfunctional idiots on Patrick.net.

I saw you earned the nickname aspy a few days ago. I thought it was very much "on point" as the kids say. But you'll notice I didn't comment then. But since you're apparently back to stalking me again, I might as well point out that I thought they nailed it. Aspy. That's so cute.

Are you still butt hurt about my pointing out a mistake you made like 7 years ago ? Jesus man. Move on ! Everybody makes a fool of them self every now and then. Just let it go.

78   curious2   2016 Apr 19, 7:01pm

marcus says

like 7 years ago ?

LOL - funny how Typhoid marcus/"humanity" pretends to Ignore me, while asking me questions. I joined PatNet four years ago, as anyone who checks my profile can see. marcus/"humanity" has yet to point out even one mistake from me, though I have pointed out several from him/her. However, marcus/"humanity" has told obvious lies about me, including accusing me of following him/her to a thread where I had posted the first comment. His/her delusions of grandeur are showing.

In the spirit of the times, I think it's great that a transgendered person can aspire to teach math to schoolchildren. Since most of humanity is female, I infer that the dual name marcus/"humanity" reflects his/her ongoing transition.

But, anyone who wants to teach should get vaccinated against contagions that might harm students, and learn math before teaching it. In particular, marcus/"humanity" should learn ordinal numbers, which seem beyond his/her comprehension so far. Learning some basic logic would help too, e.g. that when you claim to Ignore someone you don't also ask questions of that person.

79   anonymous   2016 Apr 19, 7:02pm

Wow. What is with the hardcore regressive dems and the term retard?

If you heard someone say nigger or faggot, youd shit yourself while running to tell mommy.

I guess the only explsnation is curious2's relentless stream of undisputable facts, that rightfully put ACA in a bad light, leave the hydro cabron, CL, marcus, and sadly even tatupu paralyzed and without defense. So they lash out with personal attack of 'retard'.

Very telling

You all should be askinf yourselves, why does the truth turn me into a foul mouthed loser? Why do i unconsciously defend HeritageFoundationCare? Why does legitimate critisizm evoke such emotion?

Yous should take some time to look in the mirror, and say retard a couple times, see how much you enjoy it. Its beyond disgusting

That's a great suggestion and Patrick could make a bit more money. Get some of the lost Amazon revenue back.

Why does legitimate critisizm evoke such emotion?

Actually that's curious2's problem not mine. I wasn't in the conversation you refer to. But I did comment in this one, and just like in the good ol days, curous2 for some reason pops up with a comment about me from nowhere. SO I trolled him back. It's interesting that you defend such obnoxious behavior.

My guess is that the people who named him aspy, did so for the same reason I think it fits. And that is having to do with a pattern of behavior they've observed over a long period of time. I don't even know what you're talking about relative to the ACA, other than that most half way intelligent people think it's a step in the right direction, even if they also think Obama is a pussy for not going for it. single payer that is.

By the way, my only reason for commenting in this thread was to help you understand how ignore functionality works. Ignore is a function on patrick.net, if I say I have someone such as curious2 on ignore, it technically means I am using this functionality. I still might on rare occasions see his commenting from the front page or even more rarely see him commenting in response to or about me as I did in this case.

Becasue of the ignore functionality, I have no idea how often he still stalks me and makes idiotic comments about me. I guess I should be flattered by his obsession ? I only happened to see that he still stalks me this time because of a comment in this thread about me, I saw from the front page.

AS I said curious2. Just move on man. We get it about the aspergers, but nobody wants to hear those bizzarre emotions of yours.

Other people here are actual people, not some kind of cardboard cutouts. You're rage doesn't make sense.

83   anonymous   2016 Apr 19, 8:07pm

No need to be dishonest, marcus. You are often bothered by the truth. I mean, you originally put me on ignore for revealing that i have an ~ 150 IQ. Why on earth that bothered you so much is a mystery

Either way, if all the half way intelligent people agree that Heritage Foundation Care is a step in the right direction ( right as in right wing, not correct), then they should listen to us all the way intelligent folk that will explain to them how its a terrible piece of failed legislation.

84   marcus   2016 Apr 19, 8:11pm

errc says

I mean, you originally put me on ignore for revealing that i have an ~ 150 IQ

Actually I only just took you off ignore. Yeah, telling me you had an IQ of 150 might have been the last thing you said befrore I put you on ignore, one of the times I put you on ignore, but it wasn't the reason.

By the way, I believe it just as much as I did back then. People who have an IQ of 150, and I can think of a couple on this forum who seem like they might be might be close to that intelligent, don't ever say it. Also, it's a silly metric, that people don't actually have access to.

AS for the ACA. IF you had a preexisting condition, no small matter, you probably wouldn't thnk the ACA was a failure. We're never going back to the bullshit system from before. There is also now subsidized insurance for low income people. Those 2 things alone, contradict your assertion that it's a failure.

85   curious2   2016 Apr 19, 8:20pm

marcus says

that people don't actually have access to.

If you took the SAT between 1975 and 1993, then you can translate your SAT score to an IQ score. I can believe that errc's would be ~150.

86   Dan8267   2016 Apr 19, 9:18pm

Evidently men are smarter than women, too, but we can't admit that. If the reverse were true, it would be on the news 24/7.

I'm a bit surprised at the graph. I'd have thought the male bell-curve would be shorter and fatter leaving some really dumb males at the lowest end of the scale. How else do you explain CIC, indigenous, shrek, FortWayne, etc.
