LOL I hope Obama gets his man shoved through so this wont be some potlical hot potato Hillary uses to gripe about who Trump will put in.
The SCROTUM pick is the least of my concern. I'm less concerned with the SCOTUS as I am with the guys that influence and pays them.
Trump is sending them all packing. That is where the proof of the pudding is in the taste.

Except for Heritage Foundation, you mean, right? He's obviously not sending them packing.
When asked about his choices for Supreme Court Justice, Trump said the following:
"At a press conference on Monday, Trump also revealed an unusual detail about how he is determining which names should be on the list. “Heritage Foundation and others are working on†the list,†according to Trump."
