From Eau Claire, WI only

Still be surprised if Cruz doesn't win by a hair.

Can't find anything for the Dems yet.

I saw that at the conservativetreehouse in a thread. But there was no link and someone said it was actually NH exit poll results.
But that was just a thread. The person who posted it, didn't post a link nor answered the nay sayers.

2   MisdemeanorRebel   2016 Apr 5, 4:05pm

It's a screenshot from a local Eau Claire channel, a local exit poll only in that city. So not much faith to be placed in it. I expect Cruz to win by a hair or more.

On the other hand, if Trump does sneak to a victory, expect the Pundits who have been pushing this as some kind of turning point against Trump, to dismiss it instantly.
Even if Cruz wins WI, he can't realistically reach 1,237 or beat Trump numerically.

Who knows where that comes from. The lower left Wisconsin thing looks like it could be a photoshop.

I went to the rally in Milwaukee. His wife came out-man what a hot wife.
Then I saw CNN today-that slut Amanda Carpenter was in it and was saying trump is a sexist person and him b ringing out his supermodel wife just reinforces that-this on Anderson Cooper. Really- a slut who slept with a married man comes out and says that and CNN has her as a panelist-every time they have her-they should say Amanda carpenter who is alleged to have slept with Ted Cruz. Unbelievable-I mean they used to try and hide their bias..

I'm certain Trump is kicking Cruz's ass at this point.

Only 40% Turnout, better for the Establishment candidates...

Could that be a specific answer to a exit poll question instead of the actual vote total? Like a question: "who's the best one to handle the economy"?

Could be a photoshop. I've heard that it was done by some College I never heard of.

Fox just called it for Cruz with 6% votes in.

Their exit polls showed Evangelicals rallying around the Canadian Cruzader, while Independents preferred Trump, so probably the network extrapolated based on how many of each voted. Sad to see the low turnout. Religious voters tend to be the least informed, but the most driven.

How can Trump appear to win so many counties, yet Cruz wins the just the more populated ones?

That's the towns that has Universities that Cruz ground operatives can take them on a fratboy party tour bus ride, "But First! a quick stop at the Polls"

Sanders needs to widen his margin

Penguins come from down 3-0 with five unanswered goals including a last second empty netter. What a great night

16   Tenpoundbass   2016 Apr 5, 7:25pm

I would vote Bernie over the Booger eater or Paul Ryan.

Only because he still breaks the system.
He just doesn't have a viable landing plan.
Scrambled eggs would be better than what we have now.

17   MisdemeanorRebel   2016 Apr 5, 7:31pm

It's bizarre, but no big deal. Wisconsin was predicted to be a Cruz win for months.

Of course, pundits both in the GOP and general DC MSM establishment have been pumping this primary up into being Trump's Waterloo. In reality, there is no realistic pathway for Cruz given NY, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, California, etc.

In other news, Bernie has won 7 of the past 8. But don't expect that number to be trumpeted.

18   anonymous   2016 Apr 5, 7:32pm

There it is folks

Trumpkins will vote for President Sanders. Shalom!

Trump looks like he wins more counties, but many are small with low vote totals. It looks like Cruz won many of the larger counties (and more overall votes).

Greenbelt areas.

Finally, a Trump Defeat! I was almost about to drink another Rhum Clement to fortify myself. If that bastard gets in, I won't be able to write off my 3/4 empty shopping plazas and office buildings, and might have to actually lower rents.

Not that it will probably matter for either of us, but I hope you would vote for Trump over Hillary.

I am in the same boat. it will be trump. I don't like Bernie's socialism, but maybe Bernie and a strong repub congress? No way will vote for Cruz or Paul Ryan/Romney if they end up being the contested convention candidate.

Bernie up 56/44 currently. Need to stretch that to 58/42 to stay on track for the nomination

60-40 results are "landslides" in our system but that's just 6 out of 10 people going for Bernie.

If 1 out of 6 of those flipped the other way, it'd be a tie race.

Bernie's got my vote in the CA primary but I'd be happy with either on the ballot in November.

Not a lot is going to get done as long as the GOP holds the House and/or Senate of course.

At least those fuckers no longer hold the SCOTUS!!

Well let's not start dry humping each other legs yet. Trump still has game!
He does have a brutal gauntlett ahead of him though. But he is slated to win, well was slated to win pretty much every state after WIS.

He said something about Small business loans in an interview I saw a couple of days ago, and bolstering small businesses in this country. I don't know if he was just playing "Monkey see Trump, monkey sez well me too" and if that was just interview hot air.

Have you heard anything about that in any of his issues and talking points?

Yes. If you govto Bernie.com it just redirects to Trump.com, to keep it simple. He is basically parroting whatever Trump does

This is Madison. Never would get approved by their state congress critters. That's so bad some might choose to move to IL which is sacrilege. You got a link? This has to be a local Madison affiliate network. Maybe Milwaukee.

That's not the Wisconsin I know.

2.36 million voted in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2025_Wisconsin_Supreme_Court_election

3.37 million voted in Wisconsin for the Presidential election in 2024: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_United_States_presidential_election_in_Wisconsin

and the Dems are doing back-flips as some mandate gained with this last election with a 10% victory margin

even with the very large turnout by Democrats compared to Republicans, they did not have a landslide victory :
