Manspreading -- the act of a someone, usually a man, taking up two subway seats by spreading his legs -- has rankled many train passengers for years. It became enough of an annoyance that the Metropolitan Transit Authority in New York put anti-manspreading public service announcements on subway cars.

Wearing a kilt and scratching your pubes while manspreading is protected by the First Amendment. The Founding Fathers were manspreaders.

If there are passengers standing, and the perpetrators(in that instance) are manspreading, then I can see the crime.
But if this is a case of thought police making it a SJW mission to harass everyone that looks the least bit comfortable on the subway.
Then I say follow those Gayass SJW's home come back in the middle of the night, konk them in the head, Shanghai them and send them to Syria with I am gay tattooed on their foreheads in a wooden crate.

Will they arrest women for bagspreading? How many women take up 2 other seats with their Shopping Bags that easily fit under their own seat?
