As a country we don't understand demographic economics very well. It's rarely talked about by the financial media because they don't understand it as well.
If you believe in the purity of math, facts, data and numbers, this chart speaks volumes, it's also a big factor why I have said Mortgage Demand will never be strong enough in this cycle to have a real recovery as well.
If you ever want to see a Fudge pool of illogical thinkers .. go to facebook
Most people have no background in economics and can't read economic data properly so they create some false narrative thesis to try to make some epic economic theory that has no data back it up!
That's fine, because people are people... it's not their job to track data for a living or have it as part of their life.
However, those who can.... teach!
#‎NFIB‬: US small companies have more unfilled job openings than any time since 2006.
#JOLTS construction quits rate jumps to 2.4%, 8-year high.
No real deviation in this data line either
Job openings are at a 21 century high 5.8 million the size of other countries total population
In all honesty
I get why you guys hide behind fake names and fight each other Left vs Right ... Capital sim vs Socialism Liberal vs Conservatives
Indian people using American names all over social media sites because they're vested in Gold
I get that...
I just don't care....
Demagogues have been a part of society for centuries or as I like to say, We will always have an ample supply of cry babies in this world
Its your right to cry every day of your life and teach that to your kids as well. :-)
Honestly don't know the point you are trying to make Logan.
Empirically I'm getting floods of 2014 and 2015 graduates applying for clerical positions startting at around $18 an hour.
In Americas second largest city. Most are currently working part time. Some 2-3 jobs. While some are liberal arts majors, many are also business or technical majors.
That doesn't indicate a healthy employment picture to me.
Here's a statistic: the more educated people are the less likely they are to have children to teach how to, uh, cry?
When your done Crying about how horrible America is
https://www.priceline.com/home/
Take your family and rip up your passport and never come back... Nobody is going to care that you left...
Soft people are soft by nature
They sit and cry about everything in life... that's what makes them soft
If you're so miserable in your life that you have hide behind a fake name and some Pink Panter Picture
Ease your suffering living in this country
Just leave ....
More Job Openings for Americans that want to work ....
The days of crying about how entitled you think you're are over
You all Lost
All the Anti America non sense economic theories that the extreme left and right have been playing for years failed
Now have the decency of being man and just leave. So much more happy in a Nordic country or in Russia
I hate seeing your guys cry every day.. the suffering, the bane, the strife
Anti American left and right loss... You tried to make a soft demographic patch into some economic chaos theory and then use conspiracy economic theories to back of a claims
It's ok....
Men come, Men leave, father to son..... we fight on
This world isn't for everyone, I know this, darkness can creep heavy into the soul....wraps around the heart and mind.. sickness like cancer spreads
Until the day comes that all is left .....
The same person than came into this world... crying like a baby... but now in a man form
I don't blame you for giving up... but I don't have to follow it and thankfully most Americans don't ....
We sit on top of the world today and in a few years we will press our demographic muscle while other countries deal with their demographic problem...
It might be best for you guys to not be apart of that.. because happiness is now your sicknesss.
Some 2-3 jobs.
Again, this is another economic lie as bad as the one that says 95 million Americans are out of work
Once you adjust everything to demographics.
Then you will realize why nobody leaves America to go to
Europe
China
Russia
South America
Japan
Etc etc etc
Nobody does it better than us for a country that has over 323 million people
Leave darkness behind .. come into the light...lead! don't buy fear..... :-)
All of you work, most own homes, you use this site to have the typical tribal wars of ideology...
All in fun! ;-)
You are a Mortgage Loan Originator in Laguna Hills, CA. Your passion is, uh, admirable?
Finally, I didn't know what would get you to talk
Now, lets play a math, facts and data game
a critical view of your job opening graphs.
What is it that you object too?
I saw you cited BLS but they have an agenda just as they do when they cite unemployment and cost of living. Essentially BLS has conservative bias to sell.
Zero Hedge model, if it's from the government it has to be a conspiracy theory
Allow me to retort with data which you will never provide, this is the common trait of the extreme left and extreme right
Prime Age Labor Force
1. It peaked in 2007
2. Missing roughly 2.8 Million Americans, assuming they all want to work from the peak of the Housing bubble
3. Job Openings by field
4. Job openings by century Data
5. Break down of the internal numbers
NFIB: Today's report.... I assume you will disprove their thesis as well
"US small companies have more unfilled job openings than any time since 2006"
Let me repeat again...
US small companies have more unfilled job openings than any time since 2006.
You have no data, you have an economic assumption, because
based on my personal experiences of HR modus operandi
some how that applies to all Macro Data in America
Pink Panther ....
Hmmmm....
By all means
The word of one man over comes the gathering of all economic data by the biggest factors in the country today
Forgive if I cough cough... ask for water please
One man provides math, facts and data and the other provides a economic theory which he can't prove but because of his own experience the data is corrupt ... even though the data matches everything else
Cenus, BLS, and NFIB says... it doesn't matter, because the Pink Panther.... knows more than the shadow...
Interesting test case study
You are a Mortgage Loan Originator in Laguna Hills, CA.

Fall back, jazz music. Don't you know how much wealth is created by loan originators? Its hard work! Where would this world be without paper pushers in suits, and economists that make the local weather guy look prescient?

Yes, the Bernie Sanders supporter.. always a place in my heart for #FeelTheBern
but the Housing bubble corrected the mistakes of excess supply of people going into one field that they shouldn't have gone into
Finally the Liberal Lions come out... I got tired of the right wing agenda people who blame the Fed for everything ....
Their sentence structure are too predictable
Why don't you Pink Panthers tell me what so wrong about America today that we have
- 43 year lows in unemployment claims
- 16 year highs in jobs openings
Please, feel free to explain!
Forgive me, I didn't put the charts up
43 year low in unemployment claims
16 year highs in Job openings
come on... finally that you guys together, talking... Click and Click
Lets see how much economic data you two are versed in
wait.. forgot the 2.4% unemployment rate for College Grads...
Like you two guys, pretending to be struggling liberals
This site is full of Northern CA $$$$
Ren runs it... surprised he didn't ask me how I figured that one out
So let's see what the Liberals on this page got...
No graphs for you then. Always be closing!
Nobody cares about me? hehehe
That's it???
Fair enough, if you don't play with real data, that's your own choice. I can't force you nor should I.

#Economics
A lot charts in the article above to show that Demographics was the number 1 issue in this cycle post the Great Recession
