Destroying evidence, eh? Eeeyew!

The vulgar talking yam grows more and more fetid - don't get downwind!

In 2006, when a judge ordered Donald Trump's casino operation to hand over several years' worth of emails, the answer surprised him: The Trump Organization routinely erased emails and had no records from 1996 to 2001. The defendants in a case that Trump brought said this amounted to destruction of evidence, a charge never resolved.

At that time, a Trump IT director testified that until 2001, executives in Trump Tower relied on personal email accounts using dial-up Internet services, despite the fact that Trump had launched a high-speed Internet provider in 1998 and announced he would wire his whole building with it. Another said Trump had no routine process for preserving emails before 2005.

Judge Jeffrey Streitfeld was stunned. "He has a house up in Palm Beach County listed for $125 million, but he doesn't keep emails. That's a tough one,” he said, according to transcripts obtained by USA TODAY. "If somebody starts to put forth as a fact something that doesn't make any sense to me and causes me to have a concern about their credibility in the discovery process, that's not a good direction to go, and I am really having a hard time with this.”

You don't think corporations have "document retention" policies, that suggest destroying older documents unless legally required to keep them?

So Hillary really was running government like a business.

I don't have my email from1996 to 2001 either, but I don't work for the state department.
At one time, I kept the check box ticked to keep all email on my server. Then one OS reinstall a few years back, I forgot to check that and every last email I had archived on my Email server got downloaded. Once it's in your Email Program you can't put it back on the Email server. I managed the OST file for as long as I could. Until at one point my laptop with the only full copy of my email history on it. Sometime back 2008 or so and I lost all of my historical email going back from early the late 90's to the early 2000's.

Now the oldest emails I have are from 2009 on.

But I don't work for the State department, and if I did. I would be incompetently liable for what I allowed to happen to my Email.
That was careless, but I'm not bound by law to make sure I safegaurd it like the State Department is. Trump is free purge any reford older than 3 years for any business or tax purpose.

Hilary and company... Not so much.

The court case was in 2006.

You are free to read the article. USA Today is only 3rd grade reading level, so Breitbart readers should be able to sound out the big words they don't know - ask Uncle Cletus to shush that banjo playin' fer a spell, so's you can concentrate-like.

Excuse was he elected? Did he sign an eletronic communications code of conduct, in order to hold his office?
Did he had illegal email servers at home in his closet?

Just Like Modonna trying to make the Pulse shooting about her fading star, you're trying to make Hillary's Federal crimes of Treason, about Trump's petty Civil matters.

That's why you shit is WEAK, the shit is WEAK Son!

Most business would fire her for using an external email system, and would have respected legal rules about retaining documents.

Trump is a Free Market Entrepreneur.
Rep/Con/Teas should fight to the death to
prevent local, state, fed govt. from any interference
in the Trump empire.

Why do they hate Free Enterprise?

Does this make him look like Clinton? Perhaps. What could be worse? Looking like a bankster?

It was bad enough that investment banks took us to the brink and then gave their directors record bonuses with taxpayer bailouts. Trump didn't have enough game to help himself to the same kind of "other people's money", but I wager we would have if he could have. As Prez., the BK king will have a better chance.
