They were probably forced to post racist/bigoted material.
They would never post anything that might spread hatred.

Americans are racist. Americans write code at Google. Therefore the code at Google is racist.

Are you sure about that? Google is paying Hillary lots of money to make sure they doesn't have to hire another American.
Google just reports back results that represent what people want, i.e. what's popular. And Americans like looking at smiling pretty white people.

The comical difference in the results are due to
- teenage blacks being arrested for violent crimes more often
- the news outlets reporting on black crimes more
- stock photo images of white people being more popular for marketing because they are the largest demographic
None of these things is Google's fault. But yes, it does say some things about our society.
In any case, given all the spying on Internet traffic by the government, you're best not searching for anything in the form "three [whatever] teenagers". You just don't want to go there.
