The FBI found 3000 additional work related emails, and they found no reason to think that they were intentionally deleted with an effort to conceal them. Go read your link. But there is no evidence that they were intentionally deleted with an effort to conceal something. In other words, they didn't have any specific information that would have been particularly damaging to her.
