Trump skipped the Iowa primary debate, because he couldn't face softball questions from a certain Fox News moderator.
A thin-skinned, sagging, fat old birther, he is terrified of looking weak against a woman: absolutely terrified. Little Donnie the man-child cannot survive humiliation, and must lash out.
Today he's busy attacking a Muslim couple whose son died for their country: the United States. What a piece of ripe Nazi filth.
He has never faced a one-on-one debate, particularly against a woman.

If any debate involves details, Hillary will clobber him, but that requires some gravitas from the moderators. If they bring as much levitas as the fat effeminate trust fund birther tweeting twit, the debate may look like an SNL jeopardy skit.
