No, the ancestors of today's Republicans and Tea Party owned the slaves back. And these same ancestors also supported the KKK and segregation when they were Dixiecrats.
The ancestors of today's Democrats WERE slaves and abolitionists and the very Republicans back in the 19th century that today's Republicans praise. That's right, today's Republicans praise the ancestors of today's Democrats and the very same policies that are part of today's Democratic Party Platform.
You see, the constituents of the two parties swapped during the 1950s and 1960s due to Nixon's Southern Strategy. Praising the 19th century Republicans is praising today's Democrats. Condemning the 19th century Democrats is condemning their modern families, today's Republicans.

Let's get real. Let's be honest and frank. The problem with America has always been the American South, the Confederate states. The American South has ALWAYS been evil. It does not matter if the American South are Republican or Democrats; whichever party is the party of the American South is the party of evil. It has always been this way and it still is this way today.
Southerners are fucking evil. They are conservative and they are religious. Conservatism and religion are pure evil. It does not matter what you name the political party of evil. It's the people who make up the party that matter.
If there is ANY doubt anyone has that today's Republicans are the Dixiecrats Confederate TRAITORS of the 1860s, just look at the map. It's the same damn map every generation.
