tells you a hell of a lot about 'women in the workplace'. They are simply unfit to lead. The moment they encounter a man they must either consider them "unmanly" and "unattractive" or they wish to be dominated. In either of those cases they are unable to assess the value of someone and instead judge them completely on their superficial body language and clothing.

Some women can. I've known some damn fine women leaders in my day. They are usually business owners, and not in potlics.
When I did flooring the operations owned or ran by Women, usually were the best places to work for, they got plenty of accounts. They didn't diddle dally with retail residential.
